DESCRIPTION:Accelerate Emerging Leaders is proud to partner with Iowa State University Ivy College of Business to offer a four-part educational series targeted toward young professionals titled "The Science of Getting Your Way". \n\nThe series is designed to highlight strategies for gaining influence. Based on the latest scientific data\, each lecture offers a unique aspect of conflict management by uncovering what makes us tick. You will get to know yourself more and better understand those around you while learning the latest in negotiation techniques. \n\n\n\nEach session will take place from 4-6 pm at the WDM Chamber of Commerce office (650 S. Prairie View D\, Ste 110) on these dates: February 20\, April 23\, July 16 and October 15. \n\n\n\nSession 1:\n\nStop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being excited about what could go right by rewiring your approach to life.
