\nThis VIP event is a progressive party through the stunning nine new construction homes at Shadow Creek West\, each offering different entertainment from in-person cigar rolling to live casino games and elevated food and drink options. Tickets for Uncoastal Social are $100 per person for HBA members and $150 for non-members. Groups of 10 save!

\nA portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit HBA Cares\, which is a group of construction professionals who are improving our community by building up individuals\, families and organizations with housing needs in Central Iowa.
