Then\, join us to hear from more alumni and current class members on their experiences. \n\n\n\nUnlike other metro leadership programs\, where focus is predominantly on community information\, the WDM Leadership Academy (WDMLA) places substantial emphasis on honing skills so participants will better lead themselves\, others and throughout the community.\n\n\n\nThe course begins in September with graduation in May. In between\, you'll experience nine highly impactful days full of experiential learning. Upon graduation\, participants share a keen appreciation for the insights they've gained and an excitement for the continued application of skills learned. With diploma in hand\, they better influence others\, impact decisions more effectively\, and lead with confidence.
