In between\, you'll experience nine highly impactful days full of experiential learning. Unlike other leadership programs\, where focus is predominantly on community information\, the WDM Leadership Academy (WDMLA) places substantial emphasis on honing skills so participants will better lead themselves\, others\, and throughout the community. With diploma in hand\, they better influence others\, impact decisions more effectively\, and lead with confidence.
