Eligible participants include military veterans and their spouses. 100 % completion of the registration form is to participate in this free event. All information submitted is completely confidential and only used for the purposes of preparing your legal documents. Shortly after completing this form\, you will be contacted by a representative from BrownWinick to schedule your appointment and provide you with additional information on the timing and logistics for your appointment. Appointments are limited & scheduling will be handled on a first-come\, first-served basis. STEPS TO PARTICIPATE: 1. Complete the Wills for Veterans - Information Submission form 2. You will receive an update from BrownWinick with instructions to schedule your in-person appointment 3.
