Financial Assistant Part-Time

Palmer Group is seeking out individuals to be considered for a part-time Financial Assistant for our Des Moines metro manufacturer. Our client has a focus on the well-being of others, has been in business for over a decade, and is present around the United States. Responsibilities:

  • Review and cut checks
  • Print and file financial paperwork
  • Open and sort accounts payable
  • Receive mail
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ financial experience
  • Detail orientated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Associate’s in accounting or finance preferred

Flexible Hours:

  • twenty-five to thirty hours per week
