Palmer Group is working with our Johnston client to find a Customer Care Representative. This position will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding their accounts. We’re looking for candidates with an outstanding customer service background and a drive to provide the highest quality experience for members. If you are a customer service professional, apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone calls
  • Answer questions regarding account balances, online banking troubleshooting, and products offered
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • Utilize company systems and programs
  • Promote products and services offered

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience required
  • Previous phone experience preferred
  • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems
  • Professional and friendly demeanor is a must

Hours: 40 hours per week between 7:45AM-5:45PM Monday-Friday and 8:45AM-12:15PM Saturday
