Dentons Davis Brown Elects Four New Shareholders

Dentons Davis Brown is excited to share that lawyers Joni Ploeger, Sean Raisch, Jonathon Schroeder, and Breanna Young were elected by their peers to become shareholders, effective January 1, 2022.

Joni Ploeger guides and defends businesses in worker’s compensation defense, employment, and insurance defense matters.

Sean Raisch is focused on real estate, finance, construction, and transactional business matters. He advises clients as they make business decisions and advocates on their behalf in negotiations.

Jonathon Schroeder helps individuals, businesses, lenders, and other clients with real estate transactions, construction matters, business, and non-profit formation, and zoning and development.

Breanna Young helps Individuals, families, farmers, and small businesses to develop complex estate plans including care plans for family members with disabilities, create succession plans, establish businesses, and optimize their estate planning.
