Does the adage "An ounce of prevention equal a pound of cure" apply to business? This presentation will provide a case study on the implementation of a quality program to focus improvement on customer experience while at the same time, enhancing profitability. It will provide a real-life example, along with real-life results. The goal of the presentation is to show that quality improvement, even at its most basic level, can have significant positive impacts to a company's success. At the end of the presentation, the audience will have been exposed to a basic quality improvement tool that they will be able to easily implement within their business.
