What would your business look like today if you were no longer involved? Would you hire someone to take your place? Would you sell your business? Is your business sellable? These are questions that business owners and executives may not plan for, and yet they are a critical part of being an ongoing successful business.
Owner of Christopher’s Fine Jewelry and Rare Coins, Chris Seuntjens, and General Manager, Christine Osborne, have effectively transitioned from an owner-operator business to an owner-non-operator business model. They started their transition plan in late 2012, and Chris official retired in September 2013. For the last seven years, they are very proud to be able to say they have grown the business each year. 2019 delivered two new locations, and they are celebrating 40 years in business in 2020.
During this Business Roundtable, they are going to share with you the process they have taken to make this happen. The steps they share can easily be applied to a wide variety of business models and end goals, helping you ensure the longevity of your company.
