Since then, the business has expanded into water and fire restoration along with mold remediation, and has become one of the largest ServiceMaster franchises in the United States. ServiceMaster by Rice has become an elite company within the disaster restoration industry; our IICRC certified teams travel to hurricanes, floods, and tornado-ravaged areas throughout the country. Still owned and operated by the Rice family (Joe and Austin Jr.), ServiceMaster by Rice has offices located all over the state of Iowa, as well as in Southern Minnesota. These physical locations give our team the flexibility and quick response time needed to service clients when disaster strikes.
