Work model:

On-Site
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday - Friday

What you will do:

Answer customer inquiries by telephone and email regarding product details, pricing, order status, shipping
Prepare and process orders utilizing SAP
Coordinate communications between customers and operations
Run and/or process department reports
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

What you will need to be successful:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
Ability to provide a high level of customer support and build relationships with returning customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be adaptable and highly motivated
