2024 Des Moines Annual Hunger Fight
Join us for the 2024 Annual Hunger Fight, where thousands of volunteers come together to package 2 million meals for hungry children and families both locally and globally. This impactful event is a cornerstone of our mission at Meals from the Heartland, bringing the community together in a powerful way to fight food insecurity.
Over the course of six days, volunteers will work in teams to package nutritious meals that provide vital nourishment to those in need. Whether you're volunteering with friends, family, or coworkers, every meal packed will make a difference in someone’s life.
