2026 Mentoring for Women

Join us at the 9th annual Mentoring for Women Conference on September 9th, 2026, where hundreds will gather and learn from the brightest women in our city and region. Over the years, the WDM Chamber of Commerce has united women leaders in a truly unmatched experience.

This event features a full day of connection and growth, beginning with check-in, breakfast, and networking from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m., followed by a welcome session at 9:00 a.m. Attendees will participate in three morning mentor sessions from 9:30 – 11:20 a.m., then enjoy lunch and BE BOLD Keynotes from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The day concludes with three additional mentor sessions from 1:30 until the conclusion of the event.

As part of this year's program, we are creating a special series of BE BOLD Keynotes during the lunch hour. We have invited a select group of the region's most inspiring next-generation women leaders—women who are making a difference, challenging the status quo, leading organizations, building teams, and creating meaningful impact throughout our community.
