Beer Education: Beer & Desserts
These bold, and often times boozy beers, are great on a cold fall afternoon. Beer Education is a year long series at The Hall covering topics from the process of how beer is made, talking about seasonal brews, and even meeting some of the brewers behind the beers.
At this month's Beer Education session, you will get to learn about pairing beer with desserts!
We're hands on learning here.
You will get to sample 5 different beers and 5 desserts through out this session.
The following desserts will be provided by Jess Desserts: Brown butter chocolate chip cookies, salted caramel macarons, lemon cheesecake bites, gingersnap shortbread, and cream puffs.
This is a great time to find your favorite beer, explore new flavors, and know what to look for the next time you order a beer at The Hall.
The class is open to the first 50 registrants.
Cheers!
