Biscuits & Gravy Cook-off For Home Chefs - Round 2

**$5 for the public to sample the biscuits and gravy!**

We will announce the 4 competitors and 2 alternates 2 weeks in advance.

It looks like this:

The first three cook-offs are open to the public. They are as follows:

- Round 2 Saturday, November 30th at 10am - winner receives $100
- Round 3 Saturday, December 28th at 10am - winner receives $100
- FINAL COMPETITION Saturday, January 18th at 10am

ONE competitor will be named the winner from each month. The winners from each month will then battle it out against a professional chef on January 18th.

Voting during the first 3 months will be done by a panel of professional judges. The final competition will be judged and voted by people’s choice.

Nitty-gritty details:

- Filling out this form enters you for either October, November, or December competitions.
- 4 people will be selected each month to compete, and 2 alternatives will be notified each month. If you don't get selected, your name will stay in the drawing for the remaining months.
- You MUST cook your recipe at The Kitchen DSM/Justice League of Food.
- We'll buy the ingredients for you to use.
- Emphasis is on the gravy - everyone participating is getting the same biscuit.
