Community Impact & Engagement Committee Event Series - Supporting New Iowans
In 2025, the Community Impact & Engagement Committee of the West Des Moines Chamber will focus on fostering Inclusive Economic Development by bringing together thought leaders, advocates, and innovators to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing our growing and diverse community. This year’s series will feature dynamic events - eight in total - designed to inspire action and provide practical tools for fostering inclusion across sectors. From healthcare and education to entrepreneurship, workforce development, and financial equity, each session will address critical topics that empower every member of our population to thrive. Whether you are a business leader, educator, community advocate, or entrepreneur, these events will offer fresh insights, valuable connections, and actionable strategies for driving equitable growth in West Des Moines and beyond.
