The series is designed to highlight strategies for gaining influence. Based on the latest scientific data, each lecture offers a unique aspect of conflict management by uncovering what makes us tick. You will get to know yourself more and better understand those around you while learning the latest in negotiation techniques. Each session will take place at 4 pm on these dates: February 20, June 24, August 12 and October 15.
