I have been part of the West Des Moines Lions Club since 2019 and currently the Club Vice President. My full time job is a marketing director at two senior living communities for Jaybird Senior Living, and I lead a healthcare networking group called the Central Iowa Healthcare Network. My hometown is Shell Rock, Iowa, and I attended Waverly-Shell Rock HS. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Health Promotion in 2000 and moved to the Des Moines metro in 2002 as a salesman with Kraft Foods and Nabisco. I retired from the Mid-Iowa Baseball League (2015 All-Star) in 2019, and I am the biggest Atlanta Braves fan on this side of the Mississippi. I currently reside in West Des Moines with my wife Heidi and our fourteen year old son, Emerson.

He began his career in Iowa and joined Iowa Realty in 1977 where he was a top producer as well as an office manager.
In 1998 he moved to Arizona where he continued his career in real estate and was voted the number two agent in Arizona by RANKING ARIZONA.
He then moved back to Iowa to be with family and again became associated with Iowa Realty.
Frank works as a team together with his wife, Janet.  She has over thirty years experience in the real estate profession.

Debborah Harp is the VP of Strategy and Business Development for Beeline and Blue, one of largest commercial printing companies in the Midwest. 
She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She has years of experience in fundraising, marketing/communications, and operations management at national medical associations and educational institutions.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Harp worked in television production and corporate communications as a writer, producer, and director.
