I am a marketing director at two senior living communities for Jaybird Senior Living, and I lead a healthcare networking group called the Dallas County Healthcare Provider Network. My hometown is Shell Rock, Iowa, and I attended Waverly-Shell Rock HS. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Health Promotion in 2000 and moved to the Des Moines metro in 2002 as a salesman with Kraft Foods and Nabisco. I retired from the Mid-Iowa Baseball League (2015 All-Star) in 2019, and I am the biggest Atlanta Braves fan on this side of the Mississippi. I currently reside in West Des Moines with my wife Heidi and my thirteen year old son, Emerson.
