I have been a certified personal trainer (6 certifications), strength and conditioning, nutrition, weight loss specialist, and corrective exercise, too. I Love what I do, and my philosophy is put the person first, in which that means being more personable. I want to impact the community in a healthier lifestyle, what makes me standout is that I have my mobile fitness center and I come right to your, whether its work, home, outside, almost anywhere. I train one on one, small group, or online.
