What you will do:

• Purchase raw materials, components, and supplies to support production schedules
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for assigned product categories
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers to ensure best total cost
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, logistics) to meet business needs
• Ensure timely and accurate procurement documentation and reporting

What you will need to be successful: 

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, or procurement (manufacturing preferred)
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations is highly desirable
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is a plus
• NAPM/APICS membership or certification is a bonus
