Work Model:

- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You Will Do:
- Conduct detailed analysis of client and prospect financial data to identify patterns and opportunities
- Support the development of comprehensive, personalized retirement strategies aligned with client goals
- Assist in modeling financial scenarios and assessing potential plan outcomes
- Research investment options, insurance products, and market trends to strengthen recommendations
- Prepare all materials for client meetings, including reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate pre-visit communications to gather necessary updates and documents from clients
- Maintain organized and compliant client records, updating financial plans and documentation regularly
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards in all work
- Collaborate with team members to support department goals and operational efficiency
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Proven experience supporting retirement or financial planners with analysis and plan preparation
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data review and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in financial planning software such as Retirement Analyzer and Nitrogen
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for data management
- Knowledge of financial and retirement planning strategies and industry regulations
- Ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and investment reports
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to model financial scenarios effectively
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Agile and able to anticipate potential issues proactively
