One of our well-established clients is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to join their team. Work model:
- Hybrid
- Standard weekly shifts are (3) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CT; (1) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CT; (1) 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CT
- Answer roughly 40-50 calls from customers and transfer accordingly
- Enter data into company-specific system
- Distribute emails to appropriate team members
- Input information from email into the system
- Communicate with the internal team as needed
- 1 year of call center experience
- HS diploma or GED required
- Strong sense of urgency
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations (specifically divorce, physical abuse, child custody topics)
