Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Monday - Friday
What You Will Do:
  • Place outbound calls to carriers or transfer companies and clearly outline next steps
  • Record call outcomes accurately and promptly in the required systems
  • Use multiple systems simultaneously, following company procedures
  • Reach out to gather outstanding information and obtain missing items as appropriate
  • Identify and relay improvement opportunities, issues, and trends to leadership
  • Collaborate with process improvement, problem-solving, and cross-training
  • Adjust to evolving workflows and manage time effectively to ensure consistent productivity
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least 1 year of work experience (preferred)
  • Strong focus and independence, meeting daily metrics within a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to work across multiple systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, appropriately escalating issues when needed
  • Willingness to learn new processes and skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
