Sales Project Manager

R3 Roofing & Exteriors primarily operates within the Commercial and Residential Storm Restoration Industry. We are a family owned, growing organization in a booming industry. We are hiring a Project Manager for our Urbandale, Iowa office!  

Experience preferred but not required.

Pay:  Commission is 10% of total replacement cost on contrast, with the average person making anywhere from $80k-$130k/year.

What your day looks like:

In this role you will be responsible for building your own book of sales/pipeline. You will be required to knock doors and track your progress through apps and our CRM. You will be inspecting for storm damages on exteriors of properties. Once found you will convince property owners to file a claim with their insurance company. We also provide retail work outside of insurance claims. This is a growth minded position, with career opportunities and advancement. We have training videos and SOPS to help you along your growth process, and to put you in the best position for success.

Our Top Performers Typical Weekly Schedule:

M-F with some early evening appointments.

One 1⁄2 day on the weekend.

Requirements:

Ability to walk 2 to 3 miles a day

Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
