What You Will Do:

  • Oversee all startup initiatives, including facility preparation, equipment installation, system commissioning, and production ramp-up
  • Guide the qualification and startup of stamping presses, welding cells, galvanizing lines, extrusion equipment, and supporting workcenters
  • Assemble and develop a high-performing operations organization spanning production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
  • Design and implement preventive maintenance programs, spare-parts planning, and equipment reliability benchmarks
  • Create and manage production schedules and capacity plans within a multi-process manufacturing environment
  • Deploy quality systems that meet ISO standards and align with customer expectations
  • Champion a culture centered on safety, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, including scrap, throughput, labor utilization, and on-time delivery
  • Direct root-cause analysis efforts and drive corrective actions across operational areas
  • Enhance material flow, plant layout, and raw-material efficiency
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics along with warehouse operations to support seamless production flow
  • Contribute strategic insight to long-term capacity growth, automation efforts, and technology advancement

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Minimum of five years of progressive operations leadership experience within a manufacturing setting
  • Prior exposure to metal fabrication, galvanizing, and/or plastics manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Track record of successfully starting up, expanding, or scaling manufacturing operations
  • Solid technical knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance methodologies, and end-to-end production processes
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and align new teams
  • Proven ability to drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
