Job Summary
Ramco Innovations is seeking a motivated and curious Operations Coordinator to join our team in an entry-level capacity with high growth potential. This role offers broad exposure to critical operational departments including Accounting, Inside Sales Support, and Enhanced Services. Over a 2–3-year period, the individual will develop a working knowledge of key processes and provide backup support across functions, positioning themselves for potential advancement into specialized roles as the company grows or transitions occur.

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Departmental Exposure & Support:- Provide backup support for tasks in purchasing, including vendor coordination and basic procurement functions.
- Assist with Accounting-related operations, such as point-of-sale (POS) reporting, rebate tracking, and documentation.
- Support Inside Sales through the administration of Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs) and tariff fee programs.
- Collaborate with Enhanced Services on quoting workflows and process improvement initiatives.
- Help identify inefficiencies or process gaps and contribute to solutions in collaboration with department leads.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
Training & Career Development:
- Participate in structured learning across operational departments to build a foundation for future advancement.
- Be positioned as the first internal candidate considered when key operational roles become available.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Entry-level or recent graduate with a degree or coursework in Business, Operations, Accounting, or related field – or equivalent work experience.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to working across diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP or CRM system experience is a plus.
