In this role, you'll ensure that high quality food is prepared for the Store Support Center and our onsite Child Development Center. In addition to food preparation, you'll support the Cafeteria by ensuring areas are fully stocked and cleaned, maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.
No weekends or holidays, free meals for our Cafeteria team, and have a company 401(k) match too! The hours for this position are 5:45am-2:00pm Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties in cafeterias in order to facilitate guest service.
Maintain adequate supply of items such as silverware, dishes, and trays. Restock food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens and supply departments to serving stations.
Replenish supplies of food and equipment at salad and serving stations.
Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and scrub floors.
Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
Operate the cash register for guests’ purchases.
Starting pay: $15/hour

Requirements
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare food with proper technique.
Knowledge of food safety
Multi-tasking in a busy fast changing environment.
Work performed in a kitchen/cafeteria environment; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
Preferred:
Prior food service industry experience.
Early morning availability.
Passionate about delivering high quality food and drinks.
