Core Activities

Assessing and Rooming Patients
Update and Maintain EHR System
Check and Monitor Vitals
Obtain Lab Samples
Process Labs
Dispense Medications
Administer Medications Per Provider Orders
Patient Follow Up
Placement of IV
Inventory Tracking
Basic Office Duties
Check-in Patients
Assist in Medical Procedures Under Direction of the Provider
Act within the confines of licensure for all duties listed in this posting or elsewhere
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications (Education and Experience)

Valid and Current Iowa Registered Nursing License
At least 0 years' related experience required.
Maintain current BLS certification required.
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to push, pull, lift, lower, or other movements at 25+ pounds at rare times with or without assistance

Must be able to push, pull, lift, lower, or other movements at 10 – 25 pounds semi-often

Must be able to push, pull, lift, lower, or other movements at 0 – 10 pounds frequently

Environmental Requirements: Moderate levels of sound, consistent amount of moving around between rooms required, in a temperature-controlled environment, and consistently working with the general public.
