Job Summary
Are you the type of person who is detail-oriented? In this role you will be responsible for assisting the legal team with day-to-day legal work. We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented person who has a process improvement mindset.
What You’ll Do
Process and track invoices across department.
Coordinate with various state offices to process and maintain applicable licenses.
Assist with tracking department projects.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and industry standard documents for department.
Maintain documentation and correspondence related to corporate records, corporate surveys, legal issues, product liability and product safety.
Assist with and book travel as needed for the team.
Coordinate mail delivery and processing for team.
Assist team with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and event spaces.
Assist team with preparing and submitting expense reports.
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years relevant experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, with proven proficiency, of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Travel
No travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
HYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
