Work model
- On-Site
- Offer support for construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects
- Ensure the requirements of the project are met by collaborating with clients, project managers, architects, and subcontractors
- Oversee project progress and complete inspections on-site to maintain adherence to design specifications and safety standards
- Address technical issues during the course of construction
- Compile and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, progress reports, and change orders
- Monitor project timelines, quality control measures, and cost estimations to maintain adherence
- Engage in risk assessments and deploy mitigation strategies
- Review technical proposals and suppliers to aid procurement activities
- Demonstrate a high level of focus on health and safety protocols
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience with construction management software, including AutoCAD, Primavera, and Procore
- Knowledge of construction methods, codes, materials, and safety regulations
