What you will do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead content creation across channels, including website, email, social media, press releases, and internal communications
- Partner with executive leadership to craft messaging for thought leadership, product launches, and client outreach
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and client service teams to support broker and client engagement
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics
- Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, collateral, and events
- Coordinate public relations, media inquiries, and crisis communications as needed
- Track performance metrics and report ROI on marketing campaigns
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or corporate communications—ideally within insurance or financial services
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM tools
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing external vendors
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for varied audiences
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
