Current Rent Incentive
- $1.00/month for 3 months
and then - $150/month until community occupancy is > than 50%
- $300/month while community occupancy is 50.1% - 80.0%
- $350/month when occupancy is > than 80%
*Owner shall have the option of adjusting the rent annually by providing written notice to Tenant at least sixty (60) days prior to the termination date.
