What You Can Expect In This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will be integral in maintaining and enhancing our HR process documentation and measuring the adoption of our HR Service Delivery Model. You will support cross-functional alignment between COE and HRBP, workflow adherence, and consistent execution of HR services.

What You'll Do In This Role
 

  • Maintain HR process documentation support.
  • Measure adoption of HR Service Delivery Model.
  • Support cross-functional alignment between COE and HRBP, work adherence, and consistent execution of HR services.
  • Serve as liaison between HRBPs and HR COEs to support changes to and consistent use of the HR Service Delivery Model.
  • Track adherence to defined workflows and intake methods through operational metrics; identify trends or gaps in intake, service quality, or time-to-resolution in order to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze process inefficiencies using data and recommend evidence-based improvements.
  • Regularly audit and maintain tools such as HR AI Assistant, intake request templates, and HR SharePoint page.
  • Regularly connect with HRBPs and HR COE teams.
  • Support change management and adoption efforts related to the service delivery model.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and internal workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure documentation is up to date, aligned with current practices, and accessible.
  • Support Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives by participating in working sessions, capturing current vs. future state documentation, and executing on follow-ups.
  • Maintain an HR calendar or communication tracker to align messaging with HR "big rocks".
  • Participate in the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines as appropriate to the team.
  • Address management and employee questions and requests in a professional manner attempting to reach win/win solutions whenever appropriate.
  • Provide suggestions on team and department goals and initiatives resulting from management and employee interactions.
  • Actively participate with the implementation of HR processes and systems.
  • Conduct necessary research and compile reports as applicable to the team.
  • Actively participate in the development of programs, policies and procedures.
  • Assist in company-wide rollouts of updated policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and exhibit good judgment in decisions relating to specific team and department initiatives.
     
What We're Looking For
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management Preferred
  • 1-3 years' HR experience Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience Preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in broader body of HR work (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Relations and Employment Law) Preferred
  • Experience with M365 - Power Automate, SharePoint, and Monday.com Preferred
  • Exhibits specialized capabilities in HR Centers Of Expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated influencing skills and ability to engage and exchange ideas, coach or counsel all levels of management
  • Progressive growth in leading and mentoring HR team members
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Effective presentation creation and delivery skills
  • Proven ability to develop long-range plans for the department
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers
  • Strong capabilities to analyze, interpret and apply data
  • Active affiliations with appropriate HR networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, under pressure, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability in maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Some travel may be required

USD $48,418 - $90,783

Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
