Job Title: Non-Retail Accounts Payable Lead

General Function
Processes non-retail invoices for payment. Assists with the duties of the non-retail accounts payable accounting coordinators and performs the duties in their absence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising the non-retail AP department
- Primary point of contact for all non-retail accounts payable dept. issues
- Primary contact for non-retail invoice workflow process
- Processes office invoices for payment
- Computes monthly office helds for utility bills
- Compiles and modifies files to be uploaded to the profit sheet report
- Calculates and distributes the profit and loss financial report for the company
- Completes store bank reconciliations
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required
- Reviews duplicate invoice list.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
- Processes various monthly charges
- Completes AR card and inter-store transfers
- Answers questions from vendors, stores, and warehouses
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years previous related work experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
- Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is weekly pressure to meet deadlines.
