General Function:
The Finance Manager is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing data from various sources to assist management with key operational decisions. This individual has a strong attention to detail and accuracy, advanced Excel knowledge, the ability to work in a team or independently on projects, effective time management of multiple deadlines, strong multi-tasking skills, a strong work ethic, commitment to the company’s core fundamentals, and the ability to be flexible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that all recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting is delivered to management timely and accurately.

Analyzes data to predict the results of ongoing and future operations and initiatives.

Leads the team in the process of the annual budget along with monitoring results in relation to budgeting and forecasting expectations.

Coordinates the efforts to analyze financial statements of potential acquisition and divesture opportunities.

Collaborates with management to create a return on investment analysis on pivotal capital expenditure decisions.

Leads the process of both daily and long-term cash flow projections of the company.

Performs various project analysis and other ad-hoc research and analysis as assigned.

Analyzes data and current operations to identify opportunities for expense reduction.

Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance preferred, but not required.

Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and financial reporting tools is preferred.

10+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred including supervisory experience in past roles.

The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting along with flexible work arrangements outside of the office.
