Responsibilities:  

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations and department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Maintain financial procedures and controls
• Manage cash flow and liquidity 
• Responsible for financial statements, budgeting, and tax compliance 
• Perform financial reporting and analysis
• Identify financial risks and opportunities
• Propose areas of improvement 
• Act as the main point of contact for Auditors to coordinate external audits
• Perform financial risk assessments 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• MBA and CPA or CMA preferred 
• Proven leadership abilities 
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Experience and knowledge within areas of financial regulations, GAAP, and financial analysis
• Strong technical and systems skills, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
