Work model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:30 am -5:00 pm, 9:00 am-5:30 pm, 9:30 am-6:00 pm
What you will do:
  • Answer phone calls and determine the caller's need
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their benefits
  • Review other benefit options, per association guidelines, with customers
  • Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested
What you will need to be successful:
  • 1+ years of call center experience 
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone - the ability to build rapport with callers quickly
  • Good computer skills and experience using multiple screens and applications at the same time
  • Focus on client experience - looking for people to focus on quality over quantity
What makes you stand out:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous Life & Health or Property & Casualty experience
