Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:30 am -5:00 pm, 9:00 am-5:30 pm, 9:30 am-6:00 pm
- Answer phone calls and determine the caller's need
- Assist customers with questions regarding their benefits
- Review other benefit options, per association guidelines, with customers
- Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone - the ability to build rapport with callers quickly
- Good computer skills and experience using multiple screens and applications at the same time
- Focus on client experience - looking for people to focus on quality over quantity
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous Life & Health or Property & Casualty experience
