Our client is a fast-growing and forward-thinking financial services organization dedicated to innovation, excellence, and building a talented team to fuel our success. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager who will oversee a team of four recruiters and bring a forward-looking perspective, including knowledge of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, to our recruitment strategy.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four recruiters, fostering professional growth and collaboration
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the organization
- Utilize data-driven insights and technology, including AI tools and platforms, to optimize the recruitment process and improve outcomes
- Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and build a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates
- Drive employer branding efforts by positioning the organization as a destination for top talent
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Stay abreast of industry trends, especially in AI and recruitment technologies, to incorporate best practices and tools into the hiring strategy
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and maintain adherence to the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience using AI and other advanced recruitment technologies to enhance talent acquisition strategies
- Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives for a growing organization
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and its unique talent needs is a strong advantage
