What You Will Do:
- Review and verify mortgage applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements
- Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting and closing
- Communicate with members to collect information and provide status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to move loans forward efficiently
- Monitor pipeline, ensure compliance, and support process improvements
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage processing workflows, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong data verification and quality control skills
- Effective written and verbal communication with a professional, member-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate across teams while managing independent workloads
- High school diploma or equivalent required
