Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities will include:

• Handle multiple work streams across multiple teams; there will be some dependencies among the work streams while others are running simultaneously 
• Will be working primarily with infrastructure, security, and identity teams 
• Ensuring policies are completed, reviewed, and approved. A lot of tracking will be involved
• Comfortable managing change as the project is defined 
• Handling project documentation for audits 
• Redirecting team members, holds team members accountable, appropriately escalates 

• No 3rd parties at this time.
• 5+ years Program Management experience 
• 8+ years Project Management experience 
• Experience working with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives, resource plan, budget and business case creation 
• Strong written & verbal communication skills 
• Proven ability to work across all levels of an organization to drive business outcomes 
• Annuity business and/or project experience a plus 
• Excellent time management - multiple work streams across multiple teams 
• Technical project experience with infrastructure, security, and identity teams; experience in security identity is a big plus 
• Understanding of policy approval process 
• Iterative process experience
