Key Responsibilities 

• Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners 

• Identify borrower needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products 

• Manage a loan pipeline to ensure timely applications, approvals, and closings

• Represent BANK at community and industry events 

Qualifications 

• Experience in residential mortgage origination preferred

• Experience in mortgage underwriting preferred 

• Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills 

• Knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
