A King’s Throne and Best Portable Toilets Unite as Ready Restrooms

DES MOINES AND CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Oct. 23, 2026) — A King’s Throne and Best Portable Toilets, two established Iowa portable restroom and service companies, have joined together under a new name: Ready Restrooms.

The new brand brings together the people, equipment, experience and capabilities of both companies while maintaining the local service and customer relationships each has built over the years.

“This is about building on what both companies already do well and creating an even stronger organization for our customers and employees,” said Joel Wright, CEO. “We have a new name, but the people, responsiveness and commitment our customers count on aren’t changing.”

Ready Restrooms provides portable restrooms, restroom trailers, pumping and jobsite services for construction sites, events and other needs. The combined organization brings greater equipment, capacity and service capabilities to customers across Iowa, Kansas City, Memphis and Oklahoma.

Central to the Ready Restrooms model is a straightforward operating philosophy: Our Assets. Our People. No Subs.

With local crews, company-owned equipment and experienced people, Ready Restrooms maintains greater control over availability, service quality and response. For customers, that means faster response, dependable service and one accountable team from start to finish.
