DMU Professor Presents at National Accreditation Conference

WEST DES MOINES, IA (07/17/2025) Holland Taylor, D.M.SC., PA-C, department chair and program director of the Master of Science physician assistant studies program, presented at the 2025 Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) Conference held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, July 8-12, 2025.

Taylor's presentation titled, "From Data to Decisions: Leveraging Technology for Continuous Quality Improvement in PA Education," explored digital tools and strategies that enhance continuous quality improvement efforts, helping programs track outcomes, streamline reporting and foster a culture of ongoing assessment.

Located in West Des Moines, part of Iowa's capital metro, Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences offers 10 graduate-level professional degree programs in anatomy, biomedical sciences, health care administration, occupational therapy, osteopathic medicine, physical therapy, physician assistant studies, podiatric medicine and public health.
