Palmer Group Receives 2024 BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics

June 20, 2024 | West Des Moines, Iowa – Palmer Group receives a 2024 Torch Award for Ethics from the Better Business Bureau serving Greater Iowa.

The BBB serving Greater Iowa, Quad Cities, and the Siouxland Region has supported local communities since 1940. The organization was founded on the belief that integrity amongst consumers and businesses is vital to a healthy community and their mission is to advance trust throughout the marketplace.

Each year the BBB serving Greater Iowa publicly honors businesses that demonstrate exceptional integrity, transparency, and ethics in their operations with the Torch Award for Ethics. To be considered, organizations must have at least a “B” rating in the BBB database to apply. The application is evaluated by a panel of BBB-appointed judges and scored by reputation within the community and industry, organizational practices, customer and supplier relationships, and advertising and communication practices.

This year’s honor marks Palmer Group’s second torch award, the first awarded in 2016. In the BBB Greater Iowa chapter, only six other businesses have received two Torch Awards for Ethics.
