Jenny Livingston and Mike Herrmann Take on New Roles

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (January 27, 2025) — R&R Realty Group (R&R) is pleased to announce the promotions of Jenny Livingston to Vice President of Human Resources and Mike Herrmann to President of Advantage Property Management.

Livingston, formerly Senior Vice President of Tenant Relations, brings over 20 years of experience in property management. She has been key in leading customer relations and driving high performance across R&R’s portfolio, while also fostering strong team engagement. In her new role, she will apply that same focus of collaboration to HR strategies, strengthening R&R’s culture of excellence and supporting team member growth.

Herrmann, previously Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Development, has played a pivotal role in the development of operational efficiencies, cost management, and business development. As President of Advantage Property Management, he will lead the division, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective, highquality services for customers and property owners.
