West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce Announces Q1 Luncheons for 2025

WEST DES MOINES, IA (Tuesday, January 7, 2025) – The West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce (WDM Chamber) announces its quarter-one luncheons for 2025, presented by Bank Iowa and Shive-Hattery. These events will focus on welcoming new members in January and the annual INSPIRE theme in February.

January Luncheon: New Member Appreciation Presented by Shive-Hattery
The January Luncheon will recognize new members who joined the WDM Chamber since December 2023. Featuring a Non-Profit Spotlight on Waukee Area Christian Services, attendees will meet these new members and hear their stories and perspectives across various industries across Iowa.

February Luncheon: INSPIRE 2025 Presented by Bank Iowa
The February Luncheon will feature insights from industry leaders on innovation and collaboration. Featuring a Non-Profit Spotlight on Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, over 100 business professionals are expected to attend and gain actionable strategies for success.

  • Staci Hupp Ballard – Chief Strategic Communications Officer, Iowa Economic Development Authority

  • Richard Hurd – President, Hurd Real Estate Services

  • Mike McCoy – CEO, NCMIC Group Inc.

  • Rick Sanders – President, Iowa State University Research Park
