WEST DES MOINES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UNVEILS THEME AND DATE FOR 2025 ANNUAL DINNER

WEST DES MOINES, IA (Friday, November 1, 2024) – The West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce (WDM Chamber) has announced the date, location, and theme for its 2025 Annual Dinner. The celebration is set for Wednesday, March 5, at the Val Air Ballroom in West Des Moines. This year's theme, "Wild Wild West," features a country-inspired community celebration complete with live entertainment and surprises.

 
“We are incredibly grateful for the community support we have received as we celebrate the final months of our 100th Anniversary,” said Katherine Harrington, President and CEO of the WDM Chamber. “Following the success of our sold-out 100-Year Celebration in 2024, this upcoming event will provide another opportunity to honor the community we've built together. As we reflect on our growth and the bright future ahead for West Des Moines and our region, I look forward to connecting with our members, partners, and the entire West Des Moines community as we continue this journey of collaboration and success into 2025.”

 
The WDM Chamber will continue its tradition of honoring the Citizen and Emerging Citizen of the Year at the annual event. Al Womble, the 2024 Citizen of the Year, shares his enthusiasm for the celebration on March 5, saying, “It's an incredible honor to be recognized, and I’m thrilled to celebrate this milestone with our community. This event is a testament to the impact we can achieve together.”
