Colin Lane Joins as an Associate Attorney

Whitfield & Eddy Law is pleased to announce that Colin J. Lane has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the litigation practice group, where he will focus on civil litigation.

Colin earned his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in 2023. While at Drake, he served on the staff and later as Managing Editor of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. His note, "Cracking the Code: Open-Source Seed and Intellectual Property Rights," was published in the Journal's 28th volume. He earned his undergraduate degree from Luther College in 2020.

Colin is admitted to practice in Iowa and Nebraska and is a member of both the Iowa State Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association.
